God’s past judgments upon earth teach us that God is Holy, and he cannot allow sin to go unpunished. Will the final judgment be any less severe? Certainly not, but at the same time God loves us and wants all of mankind to be saved. Oh, let us share the good news with everyone we can; Jesus came to save us from sin, and he came to save us from the judgment.
