Matthew 14:19-21 (KJV)

And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the grass, and took the five loaves, and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed, and brake, and gave the loaves to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude. And they did all eat, and were filled: and they took up of the fragments that remained twelve baskets full. And they that had eaten were about five thousand men, beside women and children.

What a miracle! Five loves and two fishes were sufficient to feed a multitude because they were blessed by Jesus. It is important to note that Jesus also blessed the lad who donated his lunch and the disciples who distributed the food. May God help us to put ourselves and all we have into the hands of Jesus for he wants to bless us and work through us in feeding the hungry multitudes in today’s world.
