Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.
Love, joy, friendship: what admirable qualities in the lives of Christians, and it all depend upon our keeping his commandments just as Jesus kept his Father’s commandments. The key to abiding in Christ is obedience, and the key to Christian fellowship is love. Jesus set the example, let us follow him.
