Romans 8:28 (KJV)

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose.

The word all is a small word, but its implication is very large in this verse. Paul does not say some things or most things, but “all things work together for good.” I like the way George Mueller put it, “In one thousand trials it is not five hundred of them that work for the believer's good, but nine hundred and ninety-nine of them, and one beside.” This is a big promise verse, but we have a big God who backs it up. Our part is to love God, and his part is part to take care of us. Don’t try to figure it out or to understand it, just believe it.
