As our high priest, Jesus did not offer animal sacrifices; he offered himself. John the Baptist said of Jesus, “Behold the lamb of God that taketh away the sin of the world” and the Apostle John said, “If we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanseth us from all sin.” If the blood of Jesus counts for us, when we walk in the light; then let it be our number one goal that our lives count for Jesus.
