Matthew 9:20-22 (KJV)

And, behold, a woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind him, and touched the hem of his garment: For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole. But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour.

Can Jesus handle our longtime problems when we give them to him? Twelve years was a long time, perhaps long enough for this woman to feel there was no hope for her healing. But when she saw Jesus and heard him teaching, things changed. She believed that if she could just touch the hem of the garment, she would be healed. She felt no need to trouble the Lord or interfere with his teaching. She just went ahead with a child-like faith and touched him, and that was it. She was made whole, and her greatest blessing was that Jesus acknowledged and appreciated her faith. Oh, let me bring my needs to Jesus and by faith touch the hem of his garment today.
