God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds.
God spoke to our fathers in the past, does he still speak today? Yes, and Jesus is now the highest level of communication between God and man. If we refuse Jesus we cannot be saved; but when we open the door of our heart to Jesus, he does come in. God is speaking, let’s make sure we’re listening. “Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me” (Revelation 3:20).
