If someone tossed you a life jacket upon falling into a raging sea, surely you would hold on for dear life. Dear friends, our eternal soul is of far greater value than our physical body, and Jesus is our only lifejacket. The Bible is very clear that what we do with Jesus in this life will determine how and where we spend eternity. Oh, let us “give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard,” and let us count our “so great salvation” as our greatest treasure in life.
