Romans 12:3-5 (KJV)

For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.  For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office: So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.

A big head is the sign of a small heart. A big heart is a heart full of love for God and others, and it is God’s love shed abroad in our hearts that makes the body of Christ one. We are one, but none are the same; and how beautiful it is when our varying gifts and personalities are all coordinated together and consecrated to the service of the Master. God is pleased and glorified when it is so.
